Calculator input
Values entered into converter controls are used to calculate and display results. The conversion experience is designed for measurement values, not for storing personal records or sensitive information.
Browser storage
Toolydoo may use browser storage to remember interface state such as the selected converter, selected units, or a recent calculator value while navigating the site. This information stays in the visitor's browser and can be cleared through browser settings.
Operational data
Hosting, security, and performance systems may process standard request information such as requested pages, timestamps, browser type, device details, and approximate network information. This data helps operate, protect, debug, and improve the site.
Cookies and consent
Toolydoo shows a cookie banner on the first visit. Strictly necessary cookies, used for core site behavior and preference storage, are always active. Optional analytics cookies are off by default and only set after the visitor accepts the analytics category. Choices can be reviewed at any time through the Cookie settings link in the footer, or by clearing site data in the browser.
Privacy-friendly analytics
Toolydoo uses lightweight, cookie-less measurement tools to count page views and understand traffic in aggregate. These tools do not set cookies, do not track visitors across sites, and do not require consent under EU rules. They run regardless of cookie banner choices.
Optional analytics
If the analytics category is accepted in the cookie banner, Toolydoo also loads additional third-party analytics and session-insight services. These may set cookies, record interaction data such as scrolling, clicks, and approximate location, and process information under their own privacy policies. Rejecting the analytics category prevents these scripts from being loaded.
